A location is a physical business location. For example, if you have a car wash with 3 physical business locations in Sydney, Los Angeles, and London, that would constitute 3 locations.
Locations do not all need to belong to the same industry. For example, location 1 could be a car wash, and location 2 could be a dental practice.
If your business is online-only, then you would only have 1 location.
If you have more than 2 business locations, then you should choose the Professional plan. Once you are logged in, you can add another business location from the dashboard.
Additional locations beyond 2 cost $49 each. Each additional location comes with:
- 5,000 additional contacts.
- 500 additional monthly SMS text credits.
- 500 additional monthly email credits.
If exceed your monthly included SMS credits, you will be billed at $0.01 per SMS credit. Therefore, an additional 500 SMS credits would incur a cost of $5.00.
Currently, we do not bill for exceeding your allocated email credits. However, please note that any changes in our policy would likely result in only marginal charges.
